Loved the design and atmosphere!

Everything was fantastic. The staff was very helpful when asked questions. Everyone was great.

Perfect location, not in the heart of the times square but very very close to it, thus no one bothers you and no loud sounds. The hotel in general was really comfy, but there is something to consider if you are stayin with your family of three.

I liked the location of the hotel which was excellent. Although the hotel is in the center, it's quiet. In addition, the reception is small but always full of people and it's fun to sit at the bar.

I loved everything about this hotel! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was simple, but that was exactly what I was looking for. The view was amazing! I was impressed with how little of city noises could be heard while inside the room. The breakfast at "The Alderman" was great- the lemon herb vinaigrette on arugula salad was honestly one of my favorite things I ate on the trip. I was grateful for the speed and ease of check-in/check-out, as well as the hotel's ability to hold my luggage until it was time to check-in and even after check-out! The speed of the elevator and the safety in regards to how it operated was also really impressive. I loved my stay!
